Always a great workout in an infrared sauna! HotWorx definitely makes you sweattt. I decided to do their 3 HIIT workouts back to back one day and boy did I have a good session. It's 15 mins each...

I'm sold on this place! Going to traditional gyms has felt like a chore lately. There are virtual instructors in each sauna so you get that fitness class feel but in a more private environment....
