The Housing Authorities of the City and County of Fresno has been operational for more than 60 years and provides affordable housing solutions to over 14,000 families throughout the communities of Fresno in California. It administers conventional low-rent, section 8 voucher, new construction, moderate rehabilitation, migrant, farm labor and emergency housing programs. Yes we do have washer & dryer hookups that's the extra star... But these apartments are falling apart... There is very crappy insulation... Windows are super thin & they arent even installed...
