First time preparing taxes at H&R block and this place was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good customer service and love that they are bilingual.

Not one single employee speaks English. I made an appointment for 10am and was told at 1030 that no one could help me because of the language barrier. I've been going to h and r block for 7 years...
