Many different drink options and many can be made into a hot drink which I think is great during winter. Many food options from snacks to full meals and they seem to be continuously innovating....

Another I-Tea and this one in Castro Valley, Enough parking but so many idiot drivers that can't park here for some reason. The store is pretty wide for a wait area. This location is always busy....

Loved the drinks and their frequent customer app was good... food was good also, decent beef dishes. Very disappointing that when I had 10 drinks and enough for the freebie, their app went down...
