Ichiban is a chill restaurant inside Arden Mall and the employees are nice. I would have given 4 stars because they do have decent sushi but when I ate the sushi, you can taste the cleaning...

I tried this place for Saturday lunch for the first time. Curiously there wasn't a line. I got the rice + yakisoba noodle + bulgogi bowl. The presentation was underwhelming with bland colors....

Service is crap, the rice was not cooked and the seaweed in the sushi was stale. I don't recommend this place to anyone!
