this is in a vietnamese shopping plaza, but they understand english. i had them fix my baseball hat because the threads were coming off, took them 15 min and charged me a couple bucks.

The owner seems to know his suits and such. Not a good selection of fabric, but if you bring your own, they make it exactly how you want it, and adjust it till its right. I got my wedding suit...
