this place is nice the front desk staff are friendly and very patient! my car was totaled and brought here although some of my items were missing from the vehicle everything went smoothly

Front desk seems to sorrow not willing to assist customers. Plus they stole my money from the middle compartment and my dashboard cell phone holder.

I think that in these companies they have people hitting the cars so that they don't look like they really are, they want to appear to have less damage, but in reality what they are doing is...

DO NOT GO TO THIS IAA. Go to the other branches. This IAA's customer service is the worst!!!! They said they couldn't take my US bank cashiers check because it said "memo". It was a cashiers check...
