You can come here and buy snacks if you're hungry while waiting for your laundries to be washed and dried. The bad part is there are only a few parking spots available, about 5 spots.

Hmmm $1.40 for a can of Arizona Ice Tea? Nope! Arizona ice tea is only $.99 (it is right on the can) but these guys covered it up with their own price sticker.
