History

J.AEBI Coaching was born out of my career journey and the desire to help others find their passion and purpose in work and in life. I spent years trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I tried numerous jobs in various industries. I thought the more careers I tried the more likely I'd land a job I loved (or tolerated). While it was a great learning opportunity, the journey left me feeling exhausted and burned out. Something had to change. I did a lot of soul searching and sought help from friends, family, and professionals. Through it all, I deepened my self-knowledge and found my purpose was to help people. As a coach, I could help others clarify their goals and lead courageous, purposeful lives. It's the best decision I ever made!
