I believe they fixed these issues. I finally went back and they had a competent employee, very friendly too. My drink was great, and my wait time was as expected. Nothing to complain about....

I was really looking forward to a smoothie from Jamba... only to come at 7pm and it's CLOSED when their hours say they're open until 9pm. Shame shame
