HistoryOwner Kaili Sanchez has been teaching about nutrition for over seven years and personal cheffing for over four years. Kaili is passionate about providing people with healthy, simple and seasonal foods to nourish their bodies and souls. Her belief is that by eating seasonal foods, we are eating exactly what our bodies need and are helping local businesses and the environment at the same time. Kaili is a founding member of the local Slow Food Chapter and has taught several seasonal cooking classes for children, parents, at risk teens and local community members.
