Our workhorse model, the M700, is a direct replacement for the M500HPDTand our earlier digital thermometer the M216. The new thermometer series will give you all of the high quality features that GLA is known for. If you use a computer and are looking for a thermometer that will give you immediate input into your software program, the M750 offers a RS232 serial port and cable. Through the RS232 Port you can connect an RFID tag reader, you can store temperatures in the field and down load them into a computer, you can use the RFID tag reader and link it to an animal id and temperature, and you can also manually store a tag number ( with a computer terminal ) and link it to a temperature.
