Order on the app at 808pm, and it stated it would be ready by 845p. When my friend went to pick it up at 845pm and the place was closed. The worker inside said they never had received the order...

This store is almost comical just HOW BAD their service is. We work around the corner in the industrial center and love JJ. We try to order it weekly for the team and there has yet to be a time...
