Amazeballs. I just cooked up a grass-fed ribeye that was hands down the best piece of meat I've eaten all year. Slow over charcoal. Nice.

I tried Jim's for the first time yesterday. Got 2 prime new yorks. Great price and beautiful marbling. I surprised my wife with dinner and we both loved it. The steak was amazing as you can see...
