I've always wanted my own bakery. I’ve cooked authentic Polynesian food for my family, friends and co-workers for as long as I can remember. In Samoa, I worked at Morris Hedstrom, where I cooked meat pies, pineapple pies and cakes. My food is as healthy as possible with top quality ingredients.
