Excellent customer service -- the girls were attentive, kind, and went above expectations.

My wife and I love K9 loft for grooming and dog day care. They take great care of pup, and are always willing to assist us over the phone whenever we call with questions. Would recommend.

love this local Echo Park KLoft 9. if they don't have something you want, they can order for you and get it to you the store. can pick it up. Everybody is nice and very helpful.
