Kawada Hotel is a smaller hotel with very friendly staff, clean rooms and very convenient location to explore DTLA. I stayed here by myself and I felt safe, respected and all my questions answered...

My friend and I stayed here for anime con. Pros is it's nearby good restos, we have a microwave and there's ice. Cons would be room is too small, there's like a brown reddish stain in the floor....
