Kings River is a senior (55+) mobile home community with 179 home spaces. It's located next to a beautiful river, which includes a sandy beach area for all residents to enjoy. Community swimming pool and clubhouse are also available for residents' enjoyment. There are areas set aside for RV storage available for resident's use. The roads in our park are smooth and good as new. This park is one of the cleanest and most well kept parks you will find.

Great 55+ Mobile Home park with amenities. Standards are high, space rent is high and goes up every year. Nice quiet next to Reedley Beach on Kings River at Olson Ave Bridge.
