La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill has been serving authentic Mexican cuisine since 1975, when founder Antonio Moreno began selling tacos from a catering truck in Los Angeles. His passion for fresh ingredients and family recipes led to the establishment of a brick-and-mortar restaurant in 1977, which remains operational today.

Over the years, the menu has expanded to include a variety of dishes such as tortas, sopes, quesadillas, and burritos, all made from specially prepared meats. Although Mr. Moreno passed away in 2009, his legacy continues with nearly 100 locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona, all celebrating the flavors of authentic Mexican food.
