The staff here seems absolutely miserable. It makes your appt. uncomfortable. You're not greeted in a friendly manner and it seems like a bother you're there. More supervision needed.

I think the people here don't want to work. It's 10:30 and they are 100% checked out. They seem extremely miserable. It would be nice if they were the least bit helpful.
