Lake County Library

Lakeport Library is a public library is owned and operated by the government of Lake County in California. The library stocks a range of dissertation thesis, music recordings, scores, microfilms, videos, and fiction and nonfiction books. It offers books borrowing, materials photocopying and borrow cards renewal services. Lakeport Library maintains course reserves and provides printing services. It also stocks books related to a variety of topics, such as astronomy, history, biological science, natural resources, forest products, journalism, law literature, and newspapers and microforms. The library organizes facility tours, orientation sessions and instructional workshops that focus on utilizing library catalogs, article databases, government information, bibliographic management software and Web sites for research purposes.
