Quiet studio in a renovated 1920's hotel. Close to all major freeways as well as public transportation. Three blocks away from Broadway and Oakland City Hall. Also four blocks from Lake Merritt as well as Chinatown. Fifteen minutes to San Francisco and only minutes from Alameda and Berkeley and Emeryville. This is a prime location for those who do not use a car as a source of transportation. Many locally owned shops and great restaurants surround the area. Great open concert in studio as well as very large windows that let in plenty of light. Also, you cannot beat the price of this studio!

Great area. Close to downtown and the lake. However, the area unfortunately attracts those who have nefarious intentions.
