History

Christine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts degree from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Christine holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Christine is trained by the PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Musculature Phonetic Targets) Institute in both Introduction to PROMPT Technique and Bridging PROMPT Technique to Intervention. She has extensive knowledge and experience treating children diagnosed with Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and is verified by Apraxia Kids as an approved provider in the evaluation and treatment of children diagnosed with CAS. In addition, Christine is certified by The Hanen Centre in the It Takes Two to Talk program, empowering parents to become an active participant in their child's intervention and therapy regimen.
