Las Cazuelas Restaurant & Pupuseria was established in 1985 in Highland Park, and has been family owned and operated since. Back in 1985 the El Salvadoran population in Los Angeles was not nearly what it is today and in order for Las Cazuelas to survive it had to offer a variety of foods, that is why we have Mexican and El Salvadoran food. Mamá Inés recipes have remained and within these last 30 years, we've seen the El Salvadoran community change and grow and have customers drive some great lengths to enjoy our food because we remind them of their childhood, their family dinners. That's how Las Cazuelas makes you feel...like home. Thanks to you and your continued support, today, Las Cazuelas is still going strong in a neighborhood where nowadays all kinds of businesses open and close. We thrive on good food, family ambiance and are proud 90042 locals.

My coworker introduced me to this spot. Omg game changer. I have yet to find an authentic Salvadoran restaurant that I like. It's to the point I will drive from Ontario to LA just for their food....

A reliable restaurant in the area. Local breakfast fun. There have been many times we eat here for lunch after Sunday school. Pupusas are the bomb. We enjoy the vegetarians ones most. Kiddo will...
