The owner is sus, and so is his girlfriend. We payed the owner and he sent us a bill for 2,000$ and told us we never payed him, even after we showed him receipts he still denied us paying him....

After PG&E burned our town "Canyon Dam" down after the Dixie Fire my daughter rented a home here to ease the ruffled feathers. Not many rentals were available at the time but a Park Model home...
