California Democratic Party is an association that has staff of a chairman and vice chairman, as well as secretaries, controllers and regional directors. It maintains African-American, Arab-American, Asian/Pacific Islander and Native-American caucuses. The association also maintains children's, computer and Internet, environmental, rural, senior and progressive caucuses.
