Don't go there they charged my co worker $1,400 to do her taxes and refuse to give her paper work. They charged another ind of my friends $700 and yup no paper work. Turbo tax it $50 do it...

Do not go to them.. this place has hidden fees.. i made the mistake of giving them a shot last year worst experiance ever... they claim that they will give you $50 for doing your taxes with them...

Oops, they didn't print out EIC form for my 2010 paper fed return, now I have to wait another 6 weeks or so. I asked about the unconditional money back guarantee, I'm sill waiting to hear back.
