History

One of the greatest rewards for me over the years, running my own company in the corporate world, was managing the Human Resources Department. I have worked with hundreds of loyal employees and thousands of clients. Every day brought a new challenge and I had to be there, not only with an open ear, but with an open heart. Through the years some employees and their families encountered life altering situations. Aids, Cancer, Family Losses, Divorce, Drug Problems, Unexpected Pregnancies, and Domestic Violence, were only some of the issues that needed to be addressed. Then there were staff members that just didn't know what to do with their lives and were searching for direction. I was there through it all. I was also able to recognize the skills and talents that my employees had beyond their own visions. I helped them discover their strengths, and guided them in the appropriate direction so they could flourish in their own light.
