Scammer! He stole my tools , took $2219.00 from me claiming that he is a shutters contractor and disappeared. He walks around appears to be a contractor but he is not. Be careful. He is dangerous....

Russell with Limitless Services Poway is a scammer. Stay away from this guy as his work is so bad you will have to hire another person to fix the damage. Do not make the mistake of advancing money...
