I came in today to order and I was given a wait time of 20-25 mins. 30 mins later and I came up to the counter to inquiry on my order and was told my order wasn't ready it would be another 20-30...

The food is good. I get it for my kids often and they seem to enjoy it. The take a while to attend you and I rather order online.
