History

Jaron Eliopoulos and Jeffrey Sears met in the Kinesiology program at Sonoma State University. Their passion for fitness was a strong base for their friendship which quickly grew into a thriving business venture straight out of college. Starting with 12 clients in Santa Rosa, they have watched their business grow to three cities and over 150 clients on a monthly basis. Jaron and Jeff pride there selves on the number of lives they are able to touch and show their community the way to a healthier, happier, and more fit lifestyle!
