History

Our passion in real estate began at an early age when one of the co-founder's(David) family owned multiple beach resort properties on the east coast. Since all the properties were self-managed weekly rentals, every Saturday morning David obtained the work ethic by cleaning toilets as well as understanding the value of owning and managing real estate. It was these early childhood developments that David grew inspired by the thought of owning his own portfolio of properties. As such, after David graduated college and worked in the Real Estate industry's largest Accounting and Consulting firm, Ernst & Young's Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group(where David and Sandie met) they began buying real estate for themselves, family and friends. To date, David and Sandie have personally and successfully purchased, sold and managed over 50+ properties worth approximately $25M since 1995. They continue to own properties in Southern California and Arizona, but no longer manage!
