I love to shop here! Very very cute things and the customer service is great. There is a Tesla charging station in back of the store. I can charge up while I shop. I love it!

I don't think the Novato Loft really deserves all the whining it has received so far. Granted, I've never been into the other locations so I cannot speak for those who say the service is better...
