Service is good. Location is convenient and ambiance is pleasant enough. Food is a bit on the bland side. Not talking about spice level...talking flavor. It was decent just not satisfying.

Met a friend here for lunch, pretty darn good specials at that time. Most are around $13 and come with soup a spring roll, salad, rice and entree of choice. Noodles don't come with rice, however....
