They fulfilled an order on short notice but made a mistake with the order despite pictures. I will say that the final product was beautiful even though there was a mixup.

The quality of roses is not good and customer service was not the best. Had to take so many petals off to make the roses look decent & the roses end up having barely any pedals. Had to throw away...
