The prices are very reasonable, and it's open on Saturdays and free parking is always available in the back. If you need copies or fax, they have good systems in place for that.

This response is incoherent and nonsensical. A little advice to the owner; it's probably better to just apologize and move on. Regardless, 3 weeks later and my package is still not delivered......
