Mama Thai Cooking Club holistic hands-on Thai cooking class in San Francisco. Join us to learn how to cook authentic and healthy Thai meals with out hidden MSG ingredients and to support local agriculture that provide us more of organic, natural, and non-GMO meat and produce. Our goal is to support the fight against obesity by combining holistic nutrition into our dishes while enjoying flavorful Thai meal.The class is a great fun and real hands-on, you will learn how to adjust the flavor,spicy, salty, sour, sweet, for your own meal. Learn how to make curry paste and or dipping sauce from scratch. Vegetarian / Vegan / Gluten free are also welcome.
