Great food, warm service, literally! I stopped in at El Capitan in Yuba City for seafood and was pleasantly surprised. The food was so good! I had the best chile relleno I've ever had in my life....

I love aguachile, but this one was respectfully really really sour. It didn't taste like aguachile just limón which made it not enjoyable at all. The shrimp was clean tho!
