History

We are Maurizio's Trattoria Italiana, created in March of 2020 and ran by three Italian natives (Maurizio Carbone, Fabio Montagna and Antonio Pappagallo). With Chef Antonio's culinary expertise and Fabio's and Maurizio's extensive hospitality experience, the trio partnered to come up with a completely new concept - bringing about new authentic Italian dishes, a modern ambiance, and a fun atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy, while remaining firm in their mission: to provide a dining experience filled with love and passion. Very good. Worked out that we'd been there before while visiting on vacation. Food good again but wasn't that busy so atmosphere wasn't much. Dishes were great. Will be back.
