Very poor customer service. Even to someone like me who comes this McDonald's often. Food is always cold. They're incredibly slow. Always forgetting something on the order.

As a Duarte native, I can honestly say that this is probably the worst McDonald's I go to. Food quality is poor, and they always get orders wrong.
