Paul McLaughlin, founder and CEO, started out by working from the back of his pick up in 1974. His goal was to provide a quality paint job for every customer. While today McLaughlin has grown in size our goal remains the same. We attribute our success by creating an intentional culture within our organization and by having some of the best customers in the bay area.
