Neil Booth is the CEO and President of Medicare by AMA, A Medicare FMO Based in Calabasas California. With over 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles and 10 years in health insurance, Neil is passionate about helping serve agents and improving the Medicare sales experience for agents and their clients.Neil started his career in England in retail management; he was responsible for over 100 employees and tens of millions of dollars at just 23-years-old. After arriving in the USA ten years ago,Neil joined a family-run business of over 40 Years. In 2022, he acquired Medicare by AMA after building it into a multi-million-dollar Medicare FMO from scratch in just seven years. Neil started his Medicare GA career when he saw how difficult it was for new Medicare agents to get started, and how he could enhance the sales training and support for his own agents. AMA currently supports 500+ agents in California and Nevada. Neil is a family man with three children, an amazing wife, and four four-legged friends. Hes also a sports fanatic. Neil loves Liverpool FC and adopted their motto: "You'll Never Walk (or Work) Alone".
