Great place, great staff and great amps. Went down to Mesa Boogie on a random trip to pick up a cord for my foot switch. Needless to say everything went great got my cord and they offered a tour...

Why should I pay for repairs on an amp that was faulty right out of the box? I guess I bought a lemon that skipped QC, but that's not my fault. Customer Service really needs to change their name....
