Moved here from out of state and Montecito's staff is outstanding. Rosa and Savannah in the office are great and maintenance has never been an issue. I would recommend this complex to anyone...

Highly recommended living here great place. Having a PM like Rosa and a maintenance like Pacheco is the best again if you are looking for your next home must visit Montecito at Dos Lagos.

The AC in the apartment went out on a hot day. Luckily the leasing officer staff and Jose were able to quickly come and fix it!
