This place was disgusting it smelled like mold and weed and cigarettes our room was supposed to be non smoking. The plug by the sink was burt. Lots of drug deals and homeless some even sleeping...

Checked in to our room. Smelled like weed and felt unsafe in parking lot. Left to go to another hotel to stay for the night. Tossed it up to a financial loss.

Great and friendly staff clean rooms will definitely be coming back 10/10 management and staff all very helpful and polite best motel in the riverpark area.

Imo, not even good in a pinch next time. Came up unexpectedly no reservation anywhere because arrival not expected. Overall appearance is scruffy. Apparently, they just gave up trying to keep up...
