History

We started offering Yoga and Pilates in 2003 and moved to Idyllwild in 2016, where we set up a state of the art Pilates Studio for private, semi private and small group Pilates classes as well as both Mat Pilates and Yoga classes

Specialties

We offer 4 classes each week for a low monthly fee or choose the Drop In fee option. All classes are multilevel and offer modifications and variations for individual body needs
