Nice to have run into this butcher. Picked up a 5lb trimmed brisket. Turned out fabulous! Service was great. Tucked away in a cute shopping center.

Amazing selection of wine, liquor and charcuterie options. We drove down to Minden to pick up meat from the farmers. Great selection of meats, we picked up a bison tritip for when we have guests...
