Movement Exchange is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization that provides accessible and sustainable dance education in under-resourced communities. Through its network of university chapters, international dance exchanges, and year-round programming in Panama and the US, Movement Exchange offers free dance classes, leadership development opportunities, and international cultural exchanges that promote community building, self-expression, and personal growth.

With a focus on service learning and immersion in the arts, Movement Exchange's international dance exchanges between the US and Panama provide participants with the chance to teach dance at partner organizations, take classes from local professionals, and learn about the rich history and culture of Panama.
