As a veteran in the food and beverage industry, I've spent most of my life feeding people. After college, I started as the Maitre'd of the Tower Club (a private city club in downtown Charlotte NC). After that, I was promoted to director of service operations for the Gorge Watts Hill Alumni Center in Chaple Hill NC. My passion for fine dining and food service just exploded from there.
