Coronado High School
Coronado High School serves more than 1,000 students in grades 8 through 12. It offers classes in math, social studies, Spanish, physical education, computer applications, history, accounting and science. Coronado High School operates a library and media center that offers a collection of books, newspapers, magazines and reference materials to its students. In addition, the school has a cafeteria that provides meals. It offers a variety of sports activities, such as volleyball, basketball, cross-country, wrestling, and track and field. The school operates a counseling department that offers information on scholarship opportunities, graduation requirements and career planning. It is governed by the Coronado Unified School District.
